I want to build something, but I don’t know what…

I’ve never been an ideas guy. Even this site has things inspired from many other places. But I do envy the people who one, come up with an idea, but more importantly two, have the conviction to see it through.

I started building a CRM for tradespeople. We were a month or so from an alpha release, life got in the way and I had to stop for a bit. That was almost three years ago.

So how do people do it? Especially those who have a full time job… or like me, a job and a family…

I did think AI could solve this for me, so I’ve been tinkering with GPT Engineer, but honestly… so much more time is needed.

I had ChatGPT create me some bookmarks that do some cool things, however no one will pay for them.

Guess I’ll have to sit and be patient and see if any golden eggs land in my lap…
